By sticking to this diet, one can lose weight in just a week. The cabbage soup shouldn’t be the main entr?e, because you should also combine the soup with fruits and veggies too. This is also a highly debatable diet because it lacks the essential vitamins and minerals in our bodies. They say that the diet also doesn’t contribute to long-term weight loss, but since it is very affordable, it is very quick to adapt.

The Negative Calorie Diet makes use of the foods that contain negative calories like oranges. We burn calories by eating. Eating numerous small portions of a meal is also encouraged in this diet because it speeds up metabolism and makes us lose weight quickly. However, there is no scientific proof that this diet actually works, so we have to try it for ourselves. The biggest advantage that this diet has is that you can lose weight easily. The diet is also healthy, and emphasizes on fruits and vegetables and also intends to remove junk food and sodas from the diet.
