When losing weight, it’s all about using alternatives at first, then eating the healthier foods as the diet progresses. For example, choose a chicken broth soup over a creamy mushroom soup because the former has less calories. Instead of eating ice cream, opt to replace them with yogurts. If you are not a big fan of vegetables and fruits, try adding a cup of vegetables to your food until you get used to the taste. Replace your jar of cookies on top of your kitchen counter with a plate of fruits.
